The testing procedure of the Rotary switch is very lengthy. Embsoft presents an automatic testing machine which rotates the shaft of a rotary switch every one degree and measures mv drop across all contacts. And finally generates a report on PC Software with Make degree & Break degree for all contacts. The machine can be programmed for 40 types of rotary switches.
