EmbSoft Technologies presents a very efficient and compact industrial-grade Static Stabilizer powered by ARM Cortex-M0 MCU. The static stabilizer offers an excellent improvement on slow servo stabilizer. This Static Voltage Regulator is developed using high-frequency IGBT (20khz PWM).
It uses the buck-boost transformer with a high primary to the secondary ratio for voltage correction. The high-speed Cortex-M0 measures input voltage & corrects the difference voltage by controlling the width of Pulse through IGBT and adds or subtracts the voltage from the supply voltage, thus giving constant output voltage.
Currently, Two models are available in our product line, Product Ratings are up to 100 KVA
Models:
- Single Phase – 2.3KVA to 15KVA (Input Voltage Range: 180-260 VAC)
- Three Phase – 10KVA to 50KVA (Input Voltage Range: 340-480 VAC, 4 Wire)
